Your firm completes its conflicts checks before substantive discussion. Let us know when a matter is outside your practice or cannot be accepted so the consumer can understand the next step.

Keep availability current and communicate whether you can consider an inquiry. Share only the information needed to coordinate a connection; avoid sending confidential client files.

You choose consultation and representation fees, scope, duration, and availability. Consumers decide whether to proceed after your terms are explained.

Do I have to offer a free consultation?
No. You independently set your consultation price, scope, and duration. Consumers would see those terms before choosing whether to proceed.
Does participation guarantee a client?
No. Consumers choose whom to contact, and either party may decide not to proceed with representation. LIC does not guarantee inquiries, completed connections, hires, or case outcomes.
Can I choose my availability?
Yes. Firms would indicate when they can accept connections and keep their availability current. Any displayed response time must reflect actual capacity.
